Monthly Support Package

$350/month

Ongoing financial organization for growing agencies.

This package is designed specifically for agents in the first three years of launching their independent agency. We handle your books, track your expenses, and help you stay financially organized so you can focus on building your business.

  • Monthly Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

  • Receipt Tracking & Categorization

  • Payroll Entry & Coordination (if applicable)

  • Unlimited QuickBooks Support

  • End-of-Year Financials for Tax Prep

Payroll Package

$150/month

Simple, reliable payroll processing for your growing agency — powered by ADP.

This add-on is only available for monthly bookkeeping client. It integrates seamlessly with your monthly bookkeeping services to ensure your team is paid accurately and on time. We manage everything through ADP to keep things streamlined and consistent across clients.

What’s Included:

  • Includes up to 5 employees

  • Payroll setup & management in ADP

  • Biweekly or semimonthly payroll processing

  • Direct deposit coordination

  • Payroll tax filing (federal & state)

  • New hire onboarding & reporting

  • Year-end W-2/1099 support

  • Payroll data synced to QuickBooks Online
